Intuitive Intel ("we," "our," or "us") develops custom software applications for business clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with applications built and maintained by Intuitive Intel.

This Privacy Policy applies to all custom applications developed by Intuitive Intel for client use. Each application is built for private, internal use by our clients and is not intended for public distribution or use by individuals outside of the client organization. Section 9 describes what this website itself collects.

2. Information We Collect

Our applications may process the following types of information, depending on the specific application:

• Business Data: Information provided by our clients through their existing business systems, such as timesheet data, customer records, invoices, and other operational data necessary for the application to function.
• Integration Credentials: API keys, OAuth tokens, and other authentication credentials required to connect with third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online, LMN, or other business software) on behalf of the client.
• Usage Information: Basic technical information about how the application is used, including error logs and performance data, to maintain and improve application functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use information processed by our applications solely to:

• Provide the functionality requested by our clients
• Integrate with third-party services as configured by the client
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve application performance
• Fulfill our contractual obligations to our clients

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate with third-party services selected by the client, such as accounting software, project management tools, or cloud hosting providers. These integrations are configured at the client's direction, and data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. Current hosting infrastructure may include services such as Render.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared with:

• Third-party services explicitly integrated into the application at the client's request
• Service providers necessary to operate and maintain the application infrastructure
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by our applications, including secure credential storage, encrypted connections, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services to clients or as required by law. Clients may request deletion of their data in accordance with our service agreements.

8. Children's Privacy

Our applications are designed for business use and are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. This Website

We run our own analytics for intuitive-intel.com on a server we control. It records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate location (city, region and country), and how you use each page, including clicks, scrolling and navigation. These interactions can be played back as a recording of the visit. Recordings do not capture what you type into form fields. The site stores a random identifier in a cookie in your browser so we can recognize a return visit. If you send us a message through the contact form, we connect that visit with your name and company so we can follow up. We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify affected clients of any material changes. The effective date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
