Intuitive Intel ("we," "our," or "us") develops custom software applications for business clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with applications built and maintained by Intuitive Intel.

• Provide the functionality requested by our clients
• Integrate with third-party services as configured by the client
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve application performance
• Fulfill our contractual obligations to our clients

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate with third-party services selected by the client, such as accounting software, project management tools, or cloud hosting providers. These integrations are configured at the client's direction, and data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. Current hosting infrastructure may include services such as Render.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared with:

• Third-party services explicitly integrated into the application at the client's request
• Service providers necessary to operate and maintain the application infrastructure
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by our applications, including secure credential storage, encrypted connections, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services to clients or as required by law. Clients may request deletion of their data in accordance with our service agreements.

8. Children's Privacy

Our applications are designed for business use and are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify affected clients of any material changes. The effective date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
